How CLICK Solutions Pro collects, uses and protects data within the WiFi Log Collector Pro platform.

CLICK Solutions Pro ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of all users of our WiFi Log Collector Pro application and associated web dashboard. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and the rights you have over your data.

By installing the WiFi Log Collector Pro application or using the agent dashboard at dashboard.clicksolutionspro.com, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to two types of users:

End Users (Customers) — individuals who install the WiFi Log Collector Pro app on their Android device and enter a 6-digit connection code provided by a support agent.
Agents (Support Staff) — individuals or organizations that use the CLICK Solutions Pro web dashboard to generate codes, monitor live sessions and review diagnostic logs.

2. Data Collected from End Users (App Installed on Device)

When an end user connects using a valid session code, the following WiFi diagnostic data is collected only during an active session:

WiFi signal strength (RSSI) in dBm
Connected Access Point BSSID (MAC address of the router/AP)
Network SSID (WiFi network name)
Frequency band (2.4 GHz / 5 GHz / 6 GHz)
Link speed (TX/RX in Mbps)
WiFi security protocol (WPA2, WPA3, etc.)
Ping latency to internet (ms) and packet loss percentage
WiFi connection events (connect, disconnect, roam, authentication) with millisecond timestamps
Android device model and Android version (for compatibility context only)

We do NOT collect:

Your name, email address, or any personally identifying information
Your physical location, GPS coordinates, or IP address
Your browsing history, app usage, or any data unrelated to WiFi diagnostics
Your contacts, messages, camera, or microphone data
Any data when no active session is running — the app collects nothing in idle or guest mode (beyond the 10-row preview)

3. Data Collected from Agents (Dashboard Users)

Agents who register for an account on the CLICK Solutions Pro dashboard provide:

Business email address (used for authentication and service communications)
Customer phone numbers entered when generating session codes (stored only for session labeling)
Payment details (processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment provider — we do not store card data)

4. How We Use Your Data

All data collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:

Delivering the real-time WiFi diagnostic service to authorized sessions
Storing session logs for review and export by the authorized agent
Authenticating agents and maintaining account security
Improving the diagnostic algorithms and software performance
Communicating service updates, maintenance windows and billing information to agents

We do not sell, rent, trade or share any user data with third parties for advertising, marketing or any commercial purpose unrelated to service delivery.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Session diagnostic data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure within the European Union (or nearest regional data center). Data retention periods are as follows:

Active session data: retained while the session is open and for 30 days after session close, unless exported or deleted by the agent
Agent account data: retained for the duration of the active subscription plus 90 days after cancellation
Payment records: retained as required by applicable financial regulations (typically 7 years)

Agents may request deletion of all session data at any time via the dashboard or by contacting support@clicksolutionspro.com.

6. Firebase and Third-Party Infrastructure

WiFi Log Collector Pro uses Google Firebase (a Google LLC product) for real-time database, authentication and cloud storage functions. Firebase processes data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and is subject to Google's standard contractual clauses for data processing. We have a Data Processing Agreement in place with Google LLC.

We do not use any advertising SDKs, analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics) or social media tracking pixels within the app or dashboard.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data:

All data transmitted between the app, dashboard and Firebase is encrypted using TLS 1.3
Session codes are single-use per connection and expire after 7 days
Dashboard access requires email authentication via Firebase Auth
No diagnostic data is accessible without a valid session code or agent credentials

8. Children's Privacy

WiFi Log Collector Pro is a professional diagnostic tool intended for use by adults and enterprise customers. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has provided data through our platform, please contact us immediately at support@clicksolutionspro.com.

9. Your Rights (GDPR and applicable law)

If you are located in the European Union or a jurisdiction with equivalent privacy legislation, you have the following rights:

Right to access — request a copy of data we hold about you
Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your data
Right to restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests

10. Cookies

The CLICK Solutions Pro web dashboard uses essential session cookies only — strictly necessary for authentication and maintaining your logged-in state. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as we only use technically necessary cookies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, service features or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered agents via email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
